We provide technical support for products we supplied, and also for a range of products that we do not, or have not supplied to you. Our own products come with a minimum of 3 months support included at no cost, and optionally support and warranty can be bought with extended warranty up to 24 months with payment of extra premium.
Additionally, we can extend the life of some of your legacy systems by providing the expertise to keep them running smoothly and efficiently.

ATL Product Support:
If you acquire a piece of technology from us we will ensure that you have good support from the planning and implementation stages, through to post implementation assessment stages. We will be available to you whenever you need us.
Once you have taken ownership of any of our systems we will then continue to support you at no cost for 3 months, (unless you have agreed for a longer support period with us in advance).
If you require support outside of that time frame all you need to do is contact us with your customer reference number and we will be able to offer you either a quote for ongoing support or for support on as needed basis.
Third Party Product Support:
If you have a system or service that is no longer supported, or you are not entitled to support, we may be able to help you. We can provide help and support for all of the technologies that you own at a cost, even if we did not supply them to you.
